MEET COACH MIKE
Hi my name is Mike! I work with athletes, weekend warriors, as well as the average gym goer to help restore their flexibility, mobility, and tailor their program to what their body is telling them based on a mobility assessment and strength balance testing. Not everyone needs the same type of program, nor the same type of squat stance. I help my clients optimize the ranges of motion that they need to reach their goals while educating them on the exercises and movements they need to do so. No one wants to spend more time than they need doing the boring pre-habilitation work before training, but we know it minimizes the risk of injury and decreases recovery time from injury! All of my clients get tailored programs that work towards their goals whether it’s to build muscle, lose weight, build strength and power, or improve endurance all while working towards improving the aches and pains that have prevented them from achieving their goals!
