Our daily WOD, or Workout of the Day is comprised of functional movements that are constantly varied and done at high intensity. All of our classes are led by a coach from start to finish and generally consist of a group warm-up, skill session, strength movement, then a conditioning workout or metcon and last 1 hour.
As you will find out in our On-ramp class, every movement or workout we do can be scaled or modified to meet your level so you will always get a safe and effective workout when you are at SoCo.
SoCo’s Olympic Weightlifting program meets 3 days a week and focuses on the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. The class is beneficial to anyone looking to improve their olympic weightlifting technique, efficiency, power and speed and is meant for anyone whether you are a seasoned competitor or new to the lifts and want to work on technique.
Our noon bootcamp class is for those who need to get in and get out of the gym during the middle of the day. This 45 min class gets you warmed up and moving fast so you can get a great workout in a short amount of time so you can get back to your daily routine. This class is offered Mon-Fri.
SoCo prides itself in being one of the only boxes in Colorado Springs with Open Gym time all day long. From 5am-8pm Mon-Fri you can come in and do whatever you would like. Want to work on some skill before class or maybe you missed a strength day? Come on in and get it done. The only exception to this is that we always say that our daily classes have priority on space and equipment so depending on when you want to come in what is available might change- but in general, there is more than enough room to do what you need to do.
