Accumulate 10,000 lbs (Total Weight)

Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
You can use any weight on the lifts and it can be done in any amount of rounds. You can only do one rep at a time and must cycle through all three lifts to complete one round.

*The goal is to lift 10,000 lbs as fast as possible.

(you can do your max weight on all three lifts for fewer rounds or do a lower percentage of your 1 rep max and do a bunch more rounds, either way you have to squat then press then deadlift till you equal 10k pounds lifted, this way near the end, all of your reps for each exercise are similar)
