1) 40/30 Cal Bike + 80 KB Swings

3) 40/30 Cal Bike + 80 KB Deadlifts

4) 40/30 Cal Row + 80 Up-Downs

5) 40/30 Cal Bike + Max 50’ Farmers Carry
