Build to workout weight for Deadlift (3 Reps)

EMOM x 15 Minutes

1st –3 Deadlift (athlete’s choice, heavy)

2nd–6-8 Pull Ups, C2B, 3-5 Bar Muscle Ups, Ring Muscle Ups.

3rd –20 sec Hollow Hold + 20 Sec Superman Hold
