A: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Team of 2:

(Dennis’ half is listed below- Teammate can sit on bike and watch his calories, and then the partner can complete his/her calories- If short on rowers, use Ski Erg or Bike)

Every 7 Minutes x 5 Rounds:

1: 15 Cal Bike + 40 KB Swings

2: 15 Cal Row + 40 Russian Twists

3: 15 Cal Bike + 40 DB Push Press

4: 15 Cal Row + 40 Slam Balls

5: 15 Cal Bike + Max Power Cleans (Can use BB or DB depending on space)
