  1.  EMOM for 10 minutes:
    Odd: 3 Squat Snatches (touch n go, 75% of 1RM)
    Even: 3-5 Ring Muscle-ups
  2. EMOM for 10 minutes:
    Odd: 10 Barbell Overhead Squats @ 50% of 1RM Snatch
    Even: 6-12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  3. AMRAP in 10 minutes:
    5  x BB Power Snatch (same weight as OH Squat)
    30 Double Unders
    10 Wallballs

*3 min rest between rounds
* DO NOT LET Hands Rip
